A live call beats any lead.

X · Questions
What firms ask before they book.
Is it legal for my firm to pay for calls? Is this a referral fee?
It's advertising, and the fee is structured so it stays advertising. You pay a flat amount per qualified call, set before your first call, the same whether or not the caller hires you. We never recommend your firm to a caller, never take a share of a fee, and never price a call on what the case is worth. That is the structure the ABA's comment to Rule 7.2 permits and the one New York's bar has approved. The full terms are on the Compliance page, written so your ethics counsel can read them in a few minutes. If your state requires something different, we tell you before you sign, not after.
Where do the callers come from?
From our own advertising, run under our own name, written and approved by us. No bought lists. No outbound calls. No texts. An injured person sees our ad, decides to call, and dials. By the time your intake hears them, they have been screened by a person and recorded from the first word. You can read every ad we run before you take your first call.
Are the calls exclusive? How many other firms get the same person?
None. A call can only be answered once, and it is answered by you. A web form sold over and over is what made you distrust this industry; a call cannot be resold after the fact, and we don't try. Each county, in each practice area, goes to one firm. If yours is open, it's yours.
What makes a call "qualified"?
Your criteria, agreed with us in writing before your first call, checked by a screener on the line. For a motor vehicle case: injured, not at fault, an insured other party, treated or treating, not represented, inside the statute of limitations, in a county you serve. For mass tort: your campaign's criteria, plus identity and representation checked. A caller who misses any of it never reaches you.
What happens when a call is bad anyway?
It's credited. A call that fails any of the six tests in the standard is not billable, and the recording decides, within one working day. Wrong state, no injury, already represented, a fake caller, a duplicate, a transfer that never reached your intake: credited. The one thing we never credit is a qualified caller who chose not to hire you. That would turn the fee into a fee per signed client, and that is not allowed where you practice.
What does it cost? Are there minimums, contracts or monthly fees?
Pricing is set by practice area and county on your strategy call; it isn't published, because it isn't the same for Manhattan and for Erie County. There are two ways to pay: Commit, a prepaid advertising credit drawn down call by call at our lower rate, or Flex, no prepayment, billed weekly at our standard rate. No setup fee. No monthly fee. No long contract. Your first ten qualified calls are free, on either plan.
How fast do calls start, and how many will I get?
Your first call arrives within 24 hours of going live. Volume depends on your county and practice area; we give you an estimate on the strategy call and you set daily and weekly caps in the portal, so the flow never exceeds what your intake can sign. Caps change whenever you want them to.
What if my intake can't pick up?
The caller is held, not lost. If your line is busy, they hear a short hold message and roll to your backup line; if nobody answers, we reconnect them with your team when you're ready, as many times as it takes. We also post every caller into your intake system with the recording attached, so nothing depends on one phone being answered.
Do callers post into my intake software?
Yes. Lead Docket, Litify, Filevine, CASEpeer, Law Ruler, Clio Grow, or a plain webhook. Each record carries the caller's details, the screening answers and a link to the recording. Integration is set up by us during onboarding.
Which states and practice areas do you cover?
Motor vehicle accidents, serious injury and commercial truck, and mass tort. Your state and county are confirmed on the strategy call. If your state has advertising rules that change how we work (Texas and Florida do), we tell you on the call. If we can't run your county properly, we say so and don't take your firm.
Will your calls get me sued? What about the TCPA and recording laws?
We only take calls people make to us. Nobody is cold-called, texted or dialed from a list, so there is no outbound call for anyone to sue over. Every call is disclosed as recorded at the start; two-party-consent states are handled; consent is stored with each recording. Our screeners collect facts and never give legal advice or recommend a lawyer. Our contract carries mutual compliance warranties and indemnity, in writing.
How do you stop fraud and duplicate claimants in mass tort?
Every call is recorded from the first word. The screener checks identity and asks whether the caller has signed with another firm, on the recording. Campaign criteria are written and signed per tort, and a call that fails them is credited. We don't buy claimants from other vendors, so there is no second firm holding the same name.
You're new. Why should I trust you?
You don't have to. Ten calls free, every one recorded, every one checked against criteria you wrote. Judge us on your own intake line, with your own numbers, before you pay a dollar. Our founders ran performance marketing for other high-ticket businesses before this.
Why do you say you only work with firms that sign?
Because our calls only make sense if they become clients. A caller we screened and transferred who is left on hold, or called back the next day, is wasted for everyone, including us. So we work with firms whose intake answers live during call hours, who are licensed where the callers are, and who can take what we send. If that's you, your county is yours.
How do I know it's working?
One number: your cost per signed case. Count what you paid us for qualified calls in a month, divide by the clients you signed from them, and compare it with what Google, LSA or your last vendor cost you per signed case. The portal shows every call, its recording, its outcome and any credit, so the arithmetic takes a minute. If the number isn't better, stop. There is no contract holding you.
Can I pause, cap or stop?
Yes, from the portal, at any time: daily and weekly caps, pause for a vacation or a full docket, resume when you're ready. Unused Commit credit is refunded pro rata if you stop. Flex has nothing to refund.
What do I need to provide?
Live intake during the call hours you choose, a routing number, your criteria sheet, licensing in the states you want, and a yes or no on each signed client within 48 hours so we can keep tuning what we send you. We do the rest: advertising, screening, transfer, integration, reporting.
