Credits and refunds
Last updated 27 October 2026
You pay only for calls that meet the standard agreed with you in writing. This page explains what happens when one doesn’t, and how prepaid credit is returned. A firm’s signed agreement prevails if it says something different.
1When a call is credited
A call is credited when it fails any of the six tests in the billable-call standard: no consent, outside your area, outside the statute or no injury, already represented, too short, or a duplicate.
A call is never credited because the caller didn’t hire the firm. Our fee is for the advertising that produced a qualified call, not for a signed client.
2How to dispute a call
- Flag the call within the window agreed in your criteria sheet, by email to contact@astrapartners.org or through your call report.
- We both listen to the recording. The written criteria decide.
- We give you our decision within one working day.
- A credited call comes off your bill as described below.
3How credits are applied
- Commit plan: the call’s fee goes back onto your prepaid balance.
- Flex plan: the call comes off your weekly invoice, or off the next one if that invoice was already paid.
- Introductory calls: they cost nothing, so there is nothing to credit. A call that fails the standard simply doesn’t count toward your 10.
4Refunds of prepaid credit
If you end a Commit plan, we refund your unused prepaid credit pro rata, after deducting qualified calls already delivered and any amounts you owe. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
5Billing questions
Email contact@astrapartners.org with the invoice number or the call in question. Everything we bill can be checked against a recording.
