Privacy policy
Last updated 27 October 2026
This policy explains how AstraPartners LLC ( “Astra Partners”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information. It covers this website, our dealings with the law firms we work for, and the people who call the advertising lines we run for those firms.
Astra Partners is an advertising company. We are not a law firm, we do not give legal advice, and we are not a lawyer referral service.
1Who this policy covers
- Law firms and their staff who visit this website, book a call with us, or buy our advertising service.
- Callers: people who phone an advertising line we run, usually after an accident or injury, and ask to be connected with a law firm.
- Anyone else who contacts us, for example by email or phone.
2What we collect
From law firms and website visitors
- Contact details you give us: name, firm, work email, phone number, and the practice areas, states and capacity you tell us about on the booking form.
- Anything you write to us, and notes from calls and meetings with you.
- Business and billing details for firms we work with: billing contact, payment method and invoices. Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data your browser sends when you visit: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the time of the visit. We use it to run and secure the site.
From callers
- Your phone number and, if you give them, your name and location.
- What you tell our screener about the incident: when and where it happened, the injuries, treatment, insurance, and whether you already have a lawyer.
- A recording of the call. Every call is recorded, and you are told so at the start of the call, before you are asked anything.
Injury and treatment details are health information. We collect only what a firm needs to decide whether it can help you, and we use it for nothing else.
3How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, arrange calls and provide our service.
- For callers: to check whether your situation matches what a participating law firm handles, and to connect your call to that firm when you ask us to.
- To check that delivered calls meet the standard agreed with the firm, settle billing questions, and keep records our clients and regulators may ask to see.
- To bill firms, collect payment and keep accounting records.
- To secure the website, prevent fraud and spam, and fix problems.
- To contact firms about our service by email, phone or text, where they agreed to it (see “Calls and texts” below).
- To comply with the law and enforce our agreements.
5Calls, texts and recordings
- We do not cold-call, text or message accident victims, and we do not buy or use call lists. Every caller dialed us first. We call a caller back only if they asked us to.
- Every call on our advertising lines is recorded and the caller is told at the start. We follow the consent rules of the caller’s state, including states that require every party’s consent.
- When a law firm gives us a phone number on our booking form, it agrees that we may contact it about our service by phone, text or email at that number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us, and we will stop.
7How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above: to provide the service, resolve billing questions, meet audit and legal record-keeping duties, and handle disputes. Call recordings and screening notes are kept for the period agreed with the law firm and required by law, then deleted. Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted when we no longer need them.
8How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit and stored with providers that encrypt it at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it for their work. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
9Your privacy rights
Depending on the state you live in, including California under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and how we use and share it;
- get a copy of it;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- opt out of its sale or sharing, and of targeted advertising;
- limit the use of sensitive personal information, such as health details;
- not be treated differently for using these rights.
We extend these rights to every US resident who asks. Email contact@astrapartners.org or write to us at the address below. We will confirm your request within 10 business days and answer within 45 days. To protect you, we verify your identity first, usually by matching the email or phone number we already hold. You can name an authorized agent to act for you; we may ask for proof of their authority.
We use sensitive personal information only to provide the service you asked for, so we do not use it in a way that gives rise to a right to limit.
10Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian calls about a child’s injury, we collect only what the firm needs to decide whether it can help.
11Changes to this policy
We will post any change on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell the people affected before it applies.
